Drill two 5/16” diameter holes through the footplate of the

wheelchair as marked on the template.

Place template on the wheelchair footplate in the desired position.

Screw two ¼-20 x ¾” or ¼-20 x 5/8” or ¼-20 x 1” bolts

(depending on thickness of the footplate) with the provided

washers from the bottom of the footplate into the Molded Foot

Base.
